So over the past 9 months I've been building out my startup. It's gone well from learning more about business and product standpoint. The product is pretty polished IMO and offers a competitive edge to clients that add it to their tool belt.
For context my startup is AmplifySMS (https://amplifysms.app/).
A text messaging platform for businesses that is focused on engagement and building a solid customer base.
One of the lessons I've learned is that I prefer the technical aspect of creating a SaaS. I'm the main developer and that's where I can shine the most.
I'm not as business minded as I need to be to make this product succeed.
