Looking for a business partner

Recently I've made a functional web app which basically helps users to post suggestions in order to get advices on many topics they want from others. I find it very useful because they can help them save around of 90% of their money they invest prior to an eventual purshase; or maybe get some responses about a particular film / serie or anime he / her wants to stream over the internet; all in a kind of "social" community.
Given I'm a technical founder, I'm looking for someone which can help me spread the website in order to get more users, and so helps me build together and in long terms the thing.
