Looking for a CEO - Bootstrapped B2B HR SaaS

I'm looking for a sales oriented partner to head up a SaaS company of ours. No CEO experience necessary, just the ambition to step in to a good project and turn it into a great business.

The role will require you to get your hands dirty, which as an indie hacker I know you'd probably relish lol.

The ideal person would have experience in B2B SaaS <$50k ACV and <$10M in ARR. The company operates in a niche vertical selling HR/ERP software (it's a hybrid product but we are working on making the parameters more clearly defined) and are currently <$1M in ARR. The plan is to break $1M in 2025.

The role will be compensated from day one, but the bulk of renumeration will come from commissions/bonuses.

I don't want to sugar coat it, this role will be challenging. Bootstrapping a company between the $30k - $80k MRR range is hard! We don't make enough money to hire a team of AE's or invest tens of thousands into marketing. You will have to be creative and drive leads yourself, (although you won't be alone, there is a team in place to help) the benefit is that you will have full control to turn this company into what you want.
