Looking for a co-founder
Hi,
I'm currently looking for a co-founder who has experience in real estate and selling technology to residential buildings. I do have a website and a mobile solution ready for sale and just need help with sales and marketing.
Im new to Indie Hacker and I'm not sure how the communication works, but if you are interested and would like to hear more, please let me know.

Just had a quick look at your site and can I make a few suggestions
change the red x's on the pricing page to a green tick (or other colour not red)
red x's are seen as negative and usually an x denotes a feature that's not included ticks are more positive
I would also not use red for the price just use black and bold same for "Unlimited Units" and make sure its centred properly
I would also add another set of buy/contact sales buttons at the bottom of the table
You want to make it as easy as possible to order for them
In that same state of mind create a nice simple order form that allows them to enter the minimum required details to sign up and possibly take a creditcard number to get your sale
from personal experience people want to act now while they are motivated not having to wait for you to get back to them because there is a chance they will have lost some of the enthusiasm for your product and the motivation

No customers as of yet. Did run a small sales campaign but wasn't able to seal any. That's why Im looking or someone to assist me with the sales ad marketing.
That’s a lot of tech to build, did you speak with any building managers etc while building? How did you arrive at the idea?
The tech is there and ready for sale. The idea is to enhance communication and streamline operations. In addition, it offers features where residents can engage and solely designed for residents to interact(through their social network accounts such as fb and twitter), on their mobile devices. Yes, the features are designed based on what is available in the market offered by competitors along with additional features that are unique. if you need more info, shoot me an email.
