Looking for a Co-Founder for a growing Community (Marketing/Growth, possibly Dev)

Hey fellow IndieHackers,

I've been working on Enter Network for a while, and turned it into a business last year.

Currently, there are about 50 people that are part of our community for European entrepreneurs, and I truly think that we can grow faster if we'd had some additional help.

The right person will have a passion for people and entrepreneurship in a broad sense (not just being an entrepreneur, but also learning about it, helping others, etc.), experience with SaaS, and is able to help grow Enter Network significantly.

Specifically, I'm looking for someone who can:

• Work on our marketing; professionalize our brand and grow the amount of new trial members,
• Work on our onboarding process to increase conversions,
• Or both!

Preferably, you're based in Europe and have a minimum of 10 hours per week to commit — possibly moving to full-time as we grow.
