Looking for a co-founder for Flutter mobile app

Hi all! I'm a Flutter/Android developer from Belarus with 1 year of work exeprience. I want to develop in the topic of creating and launching mobile applications.

Currently im stuck on my small project and i realized, that it is so hard to work alone and i have nearly zero chances to make a success project.

If you are in a similar situation, I propose to work together. We can continue to work on my project or come up with something new. My project is aimed at effective time planning.
