Looking for a co-founder for my $1K MRR tech newsletter

Hey everyone! 👋

I'm an engineer at Alexa who's been working on a newsletter for open-source software https://console.substack.com/

I've managed to grow the newsletter to 5400 subscribers since last October. The revenue is primarily through advertisement. I've been driving this revenue back into the newsletter via advertisement of my own. However, I know that if I want to take the newsletter to the next level I need to spend more time on advertiser acquisition and growth than I have been. The problem is, I'm at Amazon full-time and there are only so many hours in the day that I can dedicate to the newsletter, so those hours have primarily been spent on the content.

I'm looking for someone to take on the growth and advertisement so we can grow more quickly than we are now.
