Looking for a co-founder or to join a team

Hello to all, I am looking forward to join a team or collaborate with someone on working on some side projects. My main goal is to get better with tech skills. I am learning Django and React or Flutter, I have experience on fundraising and sales. Looking for someone that has tech skills and wants to join to build something together or me joining them. I am looking for a place where I can learn and grow. I can put good amount of hours into the project.
