Looking for a Co-founder to Reinvent Career Orientation + Internships with AI

I'm building something bold: a startup that reimagines traditional internships into “Super Internships of the Future” — combining AI-accelerated learning, project-based simulations, and real company challenges to create a high-impact experience for both students and companies.

It's called The Human Startup (for the moment) — because we’re not building for machines, we’re building to unleash human potential, enhanced by tech.

We’re designing a dual-sided platform:

For students: a bootcamp + real-world simulations → certifications recognized by companies → career acceleration.

For companies: early access to elite pre-trained talent, AI-powered interns solving real (but low-risk) problems, and a new way to test-drive future hires.

WHO I’M LOOKING FOR:
I’m a visionary, strategic, fundraising, marketing and business development guy with a previous exit (sold my company on 2024) — I'm great at pitching, dreaming, and connecting dots across systems and people. But to scale this rocket ship, I need my counterweight: someone who thrives in execution, systems, and scaling the engine.

I’m looking for a cofounder with the following DNA:

ISTJ or ESTJ-type personality – you live for structure, order, and Gantt charts
You’ve scaled programs before (EdTech, HRTech, or social ventures a bonus)
You love ops, logistics, and automations like Zapier, Airtable, or Notion
You enjoy analyzing data, designing processes, and tracking KPIs
Bonus: You have previous startup experience and you’ve built products or teams before, or know your way around AI tools

Think: COO/CTO/Program Designer/Builder. You’re not here to just advise. You want equity, impact, and a seat at the strategy table.

Validated early concept with students and mentors

Building first AI-powered bootcamp prototype

Planning MVP with 3–5 forward-thinking companies (especially startups)

Already in convos with schools, universities and EdTech ecosystems in the US and LATAM.
