Looking for a co-founder with job app development background

Hi guys, I'm looking for a co-founder in the job seeking project, which can help people who lost their jobs due to COVID lay-offs.
I'd like to meet someone who has experience in any job app development for the USA or European markets.
I'm on the stage of customer development now. The main idea of the app - is to give to a job seeker opportunity to find a daily job simultaneously with a dream job.
I have angel investors interested in such a product, so I need a co-founder to get more expertise.
