Looking for a co-Founder with .NET to Java skills

I have a desktop software product with years of traction, it needs to be redeved and relaunched, looking for a co-founder developer that can take the base code (.NET) and redev into, I am thinking Java (for cross platform, Win, Mac, Linux)
