Looking for a cofounder to bring an app to life

Hi guys! I recently finished a coding bootcamp, while searching for a job and also trying to meet new people an idea for an app popped in my head. I think I can build it but it will take me awhile, my background is not in tech although I live in the bay area. My best friend is the VP of marketing for SASS company so shes on board with the idea but I'm lookin for a co-founder to make this happen.
