Looking for a cofounder with a WordPress plugin Idea

Hopefully, the idea is proven. But I'm not really picky at the moment. I have done software development in the past and I want to get into PHP plugins for WordPress. I, however, have never used PHP in my life. I essentially need a reason to stick to creating a single application in PHP, and being invested in a project with someone else is a good way for me to do that.
