Hive index is a good idea. If you expand it further with more communities and more info, it would be useful. For example info like contact, sponsorship cost etc.. would be useful.
There are marketers looking for communities and communities looking for a revenue source.

I agree, there are tools to create video resumes out there. We are building a platform to create video resumes for the camera shy. They just need to answer specific questions based on their industry and experience level. No need to create a script, edit, format, and all. In less than 2 min, you get a professional-looking video resume.
