Looking for a CTO

I've reached a stage with my project where I need a CTO/Co-Founder (equity and first to be paid once income is generated). I've spent the better part of the past year learning and developing newny.io.

Newny is developing software that helps lecturers produce targeted and agile lectures using the insights obtained from students. Lecturers today prepare lectures for a full module without the input of students. There is a direct correlation to the number of emails lecturers receive from students asking for clarification of topics or additional resources and the lack of change or adjustments made to modules to continuously improve the level of education taught.

If lecturers and students set aside some time for them to recap, go over topics and answer any other questions posed. This could drastically reduce the number of emails/messages lecturers receive from their students and directly improve the quality of the modules material.

I'm looking for a CTO to help me bring this idea to the next level. I built the demo (using VueJS and Vuex) and a university I am working with were interested enough to offer me the opportunity to test the product whilst in development for the next academic year in the faculty of computer science.

A bit about me: Based in the UK,

I've previously co-founded a web development agency is my area that has grown to become locally successful (2yrs+ now), I left the company to take up an opportunity to work at a Kickstarter funded startup, they built an IOT product and I was tasked with testing the hardware and sometimes testing the software. I worked there for over a year and I watched them go from being a small team to launching and succeeding in turning over incredible numbers.

I'm also a recent graduate in the field of Computer Security and during my time at university is when I came up with the idea after my experiences with our lecturers and the issues they faced when trying to establish efficient communication between students and lecturers.
