Looking for a CTO

Hi everyone!

My name is Bree, I am the founder of Jem (https://jemsocialapp.carrd.co). This is an app that will allow Creators to connect with other Creators by swiping right/swiping left.

I have never done this before (looking for a CTO) but, this is what is most important before moving into the development of this mobile application.

I have an outsourced team that will be building this using a low code tool (FlutterFlow) so I do not need you to currently build this at all. I currently would need you to help leading the following to move into the seed stage:

• Beta Program (reviewing what beta user feedback and turn into requirements to provide to the offshore team)
• Infrastructure of Database (so far Flutter has been the decision, ensure that this is correctly setup to ensure the cost is inline)
• Working with product and engineering teams to ensure proper efficiency/productivity (They are currently outsourced)

My expertise is in Project Management/Program Management/Product Management. I have a degree in CS but, I am not nearly as good as an experienced Software Engineer. It would be nice to have someone who is more Technically aligned take over this side and I can focus on the marketing/creative side. I can work with my interns on growing the early users list to 1,000-5,000 if I can focus on that.

I know this is a solid product just with the amount of people who have reached out to use this and the definite need in the Creator Economy market.
