Looking for a CTO Co-Founder | AI Startup | Remote

TensorEden AI is actively seeking a CTO Co-Founder to lead our AI development and technical strategy. Due to our previous CTO’s departure, we are looking for a dedicated technical leader who can drive our AI solutions forward.

About the Role

As CTO, you will be responsible for:

• Fine-tuning and deploying AI models (including but not limited to NLP and Computer Vision)

• Overseeing software engineers and ensuring project deadlines are met

• Interviewing and assessing potential software engineering hires

• Helping shape the long-term AI and product roadmap

Compensation & Equity

• 20% Equity, vested over 4 years (5% per year as stock options)

• Upon conversion to a C-Corp, you will receive the full 20% equity pre-funding dilution

• From Year 1, you will receive an annual salary equivalent to 20% of the company’s net profits

Requirements

• Full-stack development experience

• Expertise in AI model fine-tuning, training, and deployment (NLP, Computer Vision, etc.)

• Experience leading and managing engineering teams

• PhD preferred, but strong industry experience will also be considered

This role is fully remote, and we are open to candidates worldwide.
