Looking for a CTO for a new project!

Hi I have been researching into a governance project and speaking to industry experts who have a shared pain point within this industry. I am looking for a CTO to assist me on this SAAS product from start to exit. I have a background in sales and marketing, Business operations and a network of investors (Ideally I would like to bootstrap this product) as much as we can but if any financial aid is needed I will cover the expenses or seek funding form within my network.

The product has been validated, The wireframe is ready and just looking to start as soon as we have a CTO onboard.
