I'm familiar with the space, what did you have in mind?
An all-in-one Real Estate system. Including CRM +AI, Transaction Management, IDX+CMS, Reporting and Analytics, Marketing Suite with Social Media integrations. Two mobile apps, one to run the Real Estate agents back end business, and another as a front facing app for customers to use to search for properties branded to the agent. This a large market and my partner and I are both Realtors, and have identified pain points in the industry. We have a marketing and sales plan that should gain us some major traction. The major Real Estate CRM companies are $500M+ businesses. There's still a large % of Realtors looking for better solutions and we know how to reach them. The price per month of similar systems sells for $499-$1,000+ a month.
That is a massive undertaking. There are so many technologies involved it'd be difficult to know where to start. Are you planning on bootstrapping the effort or seeking funding? How large of a tech team would you look to start from and grow to? Do you have an established, interested, base of customers that have pledged to use it out of the gate?
You could probably cut down the mobile apps by making a progressive web app for the time being. a larger platform would probably handle the CRM, CMS, Transaction Management but it'd need to be scalable in case it takes off. I don't know what your vision of AI is for the platform so I can't really speak to that. Analytics and reporting are separate apps to keep the load off the platform.
So that's at lease three large applications (that would be composed of many small apps for scalability). Is the plan to custom build all of it? Integrate with something like Salesforce so you're not reinventing the wheel? The problem with these proposals is the years it would take to develop all of this for no guarantee of a payoff so you have to really sell the vision or promise of use.
