Looking for a Data/Analytical Partner to Build a Local Directory on Softr; Prototype is Ready

Heyo! I'm looking for a partner to help me develop a web app that lists real estate developments by developer. I'm happy to talk more about why I think this is a good idea but the end result is a directory organized by things that the local community cares about.

I'm currently stalled on the data pulling portion. I'm thinking we can pull data from City Planning (Phoenix, AZ, USA to start) and I do have contacts in local government that I think could help us out.

I do have a great prototype that's been well received by those in the industry, and I can cover the marketing / sales portion of the business. Also using a fairly simple setup of Airtable + Softr so thinking this could be a perfect fit for a partner that's great with airtable and finding/refining the right data to pull.
