Looking for a dev co-founder for MoodDots — a messaging tool that adds emotional tone
I’m not technical, but I had a simple idea that solves a real communication problem: tone is constantly misunderstood over text.
So I created MoodDots — a tool that adds a tiny colored dot to messages to show emotional tone (red = angry, blue = sad, green = calm, etc).

I really like your idea of adding sentiments to the message. Some messages sure end up being confusing when on chats. I think I can help you building this tool.
In addition to building our own app maybe we can also explore it's possibilities further to integrate it with maybe WhatsApp, instagram and Facebook if they provide any APIs.

Interesting concept, it would help alot to bring some clarity to app messages and might avoid some misunderstandings. Love the idea of the app. Have read some of the comments and gotta say integrating this to platforms like WhatsApp sounds wonderfull. If you are open to it, maybe we could integrate this with platforms like Slack and discord as well. Love the idea of bringing some emotion onto platforms of collaboration.

Have been a Software engineer for around 10 years now. Worked for a few companies and currently happily working most of the week for a custom software company. Mainly I work with C#, MySQL and jquery. I have worked with vue/node. Learned React following a course and would be excited to get started with it.

Love this idea! Messaging with emotional context is long overdue.
