Looking for a devops-type to bounce idea for a SaaS tool

Thanks for checking out my post. Im a experienced marketer (with some tech skills) and Im looking to build a small SaaS tool or chrome extension for an idea I have.
The idea revolves around 'spying' on employees browsing history and setting up alerts for line managers based on content. I don't know if this is possible (Im sure it is ) but Id like to chat more and really dig into the detail on how this would work in order to solidify my idea and build a MVP.
So, in short, if you know your way around internal networks, and are looking to partner up (if we match), lets chat.
I also think it might not be a good idea. Many companies got bad press recently for spying on employees. And, of course, it's illegal in many places.

What you are proposition (and your little buddy in response) is not way those things work. Secondly, even if, even if you managed to do that (which I am sure you can't at leadt not the way you are thinking about it), let me ask you a serious question: HAVE YOU CONSIDERED THE LEGAL IMPLICATIONS? I don't know where you live, but north america and europe, what you are proposition is VERY ILLEGAL.
I strongly recommend your consult with a lawyer in your country's laws before going any further with your "idea".
Why a chrome extension? You can listen on the network traffic from each IP and generate alerts. You wont need any chrome extension for that. Are those employees working remotely on their own home network?
