Looking for a Digital Design Creative Lead (Flexible hours, Full-time, Part-time, Intern are all welcomed)
About The Position
We are looking for an innovative member who has basic knowledge of graphic design, video filming + editing, and social media marketing to join our team. This person might also involve in providing feedback on landing page design, generating new content (either copywriting and/or making creatives), event planning, supporting brand image development, and etc.
Preferred Qualification:
- Familiarity with web design technologies and principles (UX a plus)
- Great at storytelling
- Willing to plan and attend events, networking, and socializing with nonprofits & prospected supporters
- An ability to work independently within a small, fast-paced team
- An entrepreneurial spirit and self-starter to promptly deliver the best service possible
- Able to implement feedback, learn quickly, and contribute new ideas
- A desire to amplify nonprofit impacts on local communities
Students in art & design school or with such background are welcomed to apply.
We are based in San Francisco and will prefer someone who could meet in person (to clarify, this person will work remotely but will need to attend occasional meetings in person). However, we also accept remote candidates living in the US if found a fit.
We are an early-stage company seeking to launch by end of this year. This position is unpaid with no stock option at this time, however, we plan on offering compensation to the right candidates who continuously exceed expectation by the time we fundraise.
