So to put it short, freelancers/agencies tend to just get work handed down to them when they start working with a business, meaning that essentially it’s just like another employee, and you usually have to hire different people for different roles. As a full stack Creative Partner, I actually work alongside the CEO/founder and come up with a long term plan suited to their business and then work on things like copywriting, design, sales, digital marketing as a whole, to help them grow their business.
