Looking for a founding team (CTO, CLO, Marketing & Community)

Hi,

Everybody is either a soloentrepreneur or is looking for a cofounder... but I would love to get a team on board!

connetome is a decentralized KYC built in a web3 way.

Imagine the world in which DeFi projects would use decentralized anonymous data that is owned by the user and gets retrieved only in a reasonable case (fraud) after the vote of a DAO. Counterparty risks are the relevant factor limiting a wide adoption of DeFi, NFTs etc. The governments do not understand web3. They look at it as if it was traditional finance. It might look wrong at first but it is us who should take responsibility for it and think out of the box to build the ecosystem which will be safe for the user, at the same time taking care of the user's privacy.

I have already built a prototype which saves users' encrypted (Lit Protocol) data on a decentralized network (Ceramic) with access control - only a user or a member of a DAO (DAOHaus) can decrypt it.

I have a background in technology, finance, business development and data science, and I currently, work as a technical product manager, so I consider myself a very good generalist. As mentioned before, I have already built a prototype, so I can code (JavaScript/React/Next.js/Node.js, but I am pretty open to everything having experience in Python and C++).

However, I think that for the project it would be better if someone else would take over the lead in tech (with me happy to assist and fill the gaps from time to time). That is why I am looking for CTO.

I am looking also for someone who could take a charge of the legal stuff. It is not something very urgent and I know some of the aspects of this topic since I have experience in the work in the area of regulated assets but would be great to have someone who is an expert in this onboard. In the end that legal stuff is the problem we are trying to solve (and get the regulators to our side, not obsolete lobbyists).

Another person who I am looking for is someone who will build an audience. This is a B2B business but if we have people behind us, it would be way easier to speak with decentralized projects. Having a wide audience also means an opportunity for feedback. Preferably someone who is experienced in building web3 communities.

Please, feel free to reach me out here, on Twitter (@gaisarix - I check DMs), email [email protected] or directly @connetome on Twitter.

    Hello gaisarix,
Are you searching for somebody you're going to pay to or you want to share an equity? Anyway, I've compiled an article on the topic of "How to Find a Great Marketing Co-Founder" few weeks ago. Feel free to take a look: https://spacetime.ooo/how-to-find-a-great-marketing-co-founder/
