Looking for a Full-stack developer to partner up on Launching a Lead Gen SaaS tool

I launched a chrome extension in Sep 2020, just after a couple of months, I managed to acquire 1200 users. Until today Prospect Role counts 5,500+ registered users. I am very fortunate to say that is a very solid portion of traffic coming in purely organic, with no marketing efforts at all.

Jumping to the next stage is quite expensive and a bit scary for someone who is a non-technical founder. This journey would be much more comfortable with a technical partner capable of building SaaS tools and comfortable working with an experienced Product Manager. Also, why keep all the fun just to myself, right?

The business is well planned and we have a go-to-market strategy being done.

So for me, it's either finding a partner in exchange for generous equity or hiring a development team to build the last portion of the tool. The best scenario would be agreeing on a price for developing a paid project while having an experience together, figuring out if we can work together in a long run. How does that sound?

Here is a bit more info about the project and what I am trying to build:

We are building a Lead generation web app that will help users generate a
list of prospects with verified business emails. The competitive advantage would be that this approach is faster and provides more accurate emails that cause fewer email bounces and higher conversion rates when selling with email cold outreach.

What is done and also needs work:

Frontend SaaS web solution (95% done) - Vue.js
Hosting set-up (Currently using Linode for some basics)
Chrome extension (100% done but needs an upgrade) - includes scraping capabilities and parsing data to the application
Backend (REST APIs and database) (20% work done)
User management (Registrations with Firebase Google, LinkedIn)
Stripe, plans and billing integration
Specifications are fully done and prepared.

I had estimation being done and the whole project requires between 200-and 300 hours. I would say 400 to be on the safe side.
