…a tech guy who is heavily innovative, creative, resilient & brimming with integrity. The candidate will be responsible for the furtherance of the technological vision of the company and perform tech related hiring. And also, may evaluate, criticize and implement new technologies in the project!
Traits, I am looking for:
Must be great with UX & UI.
The Candidate must have at least 5 years’ worth of experience and if exited a start-up in or around Silicon Valley will be a plus point.
Must possess leadership qualities however must not depend on others, a lone wolf at the job.
Its better if he/she has vast network.
Must have the finest insights of his field.
Must be deadline oriented.
Must have certain or bare minimum knowledge of finance and economics.
Must think strategically and have good communication skills.
Must know the latest trends.
Has a holistic view at problem solving?
Must know what the question is, must know what the problem is.
Conditions:
Reply only if you wish to work for free for at least 60 days.
Equity - 6%. Given on the 60th day from partnership.
Incorporation will happen once we build an MVP.
You will have the option to put your own money on the table for more equity.
