Looking for a full-time co-founder (remote + monthly in-person deep work weeks)

I’m Moritz (34, Germany). I previously built and sold a profitable B2C ecommerce brand (80k+ customers, €1.2M revenue) and have been working full-time on B2B SaaS ideas since 2022. What I learned in the past 2 years: I don’t want to build alone anymore.
I’m now looking for a true co-founder – someone who wants to start from the ground up, go deep, and build something we’re both proud of.
Here’s what I bring:
💰 Personal runway (€300k) = no funding stress for now

🧠Strong background in sales, validation, operations & product strategy
💬 I’ve done 100+ customer interviews across niches (consulting, real estate, education, ecommerce etc.)
đź‘Ą Good network in Germany/EU
My ideal setup:
- Remote-first with calm, focused async work
- One in-person co-working week per month (Berlin or wherever makes sense)
- Start small and iterate fast – I’m open to “boring SaaS”, clones, or validated niches
- Build either bootstrapped or raise if needed – pragmatism over ego
- Not looking for a side project or a “just explore ideas” thing. I want to go all in with someone else who is ready to build a real business – with high standards, shared ownership, and long-term energy.
I’m open to a technical or non-technical partner – the key thing is: ownership, clarity, and commitment.
