Looking for a growth co-founder for a fitness app
Hello fellow hackers,
I built yet another workout planner app, and now kinda clueless about how to bring customers to it.
What I'm currently doing for user acquisition:
- comment with a link in every place on Reddit where people are asking for workout app recommendations.
- write workout programs on freeworkouts.net, which can be easily imported into YAWPlan, and plug that in wherever appropriate.
What I'm looking for in a co-founder:
- ideas of how to make the userbase grow
- ideas on how to increase conversion to customers
- actions on that ideas
- interest in fitness
What I can offer: open books and revenue share.

To increase conversion you need traffic first so, are you focusing on bringing traffic to the app landing page?
If yes, then you should focus on improving the messaging of your landing page e.g. How your app is different from another app, and how it can solve the problem of customers.
