Looking for a growth marketer who's up for a challenge

I've got a challenge for a growth marketer. I recently took over a site with content and resources for video creators and creatives. I have an existing user base of about 50,000+ customers, but these customers have not been engaged in some time and the site has gone stale.

My background's in product, so I'm working to improve the product offering to make it more useful. I would also like to work with a growth marketer who's passionate about using data and running experiments to help re-engage these customers and bring new customers online (whether through email marketing, facebook, etc.).
