Hi everyone,
I am looking for someone to help me grow/sell/market, whatever the term is, my passwordless (fingerprint/faceid/biometric) SaaS https://tryonzauth.com.
Ideally, you will possess the skills to do all marketing-related tasks, including SEOs, content writing, helping design assets, logos, banners, launching on ProductHunt, Reddit, Hackernews, user engagements, cold emailing/calling, business development, growth hacking, etc... also, help me strategize, product planning, etc...
Happy to offer equity to the right person, who can really help me scale and bring my vision to life, as I cannot really afford much to hire atm.
My broad vision is to develop a solution that solves the pain of implementing the most repetitive tasks of implementing login, payments, bookings, memberships online (e-Commerce etc...) by also improving on the experience of it all, eg. biometric fingerprint login, payments etc... Please have a look at this WIP landing page https://www.zailky.com
I have been trying to learn them myself these few weeks and getting kind of bored and annoyed as I am a technical guy all my life, I love building stuff, not writing words or planning for sales/funnel, took a few online sales udemy courses, learning more about SEO, reading up on Producthunt launches, marketing on Reddit, slack. Planning to launch on Product Hunt is about 3 - 4 weeks time and doing all the prep atm, but am feeling very demotivated, as talking to people is very painful for me.
Please join me on this exciting journey!!! Feel free to reach out to me by PM or replying to this thread here.
For technology-based founders, this is a real pain point. Marketing ,sales and writing code are so different. I started my new project datafocus.io this year, and I also face such trouble.
which are your main competitors? top players in the market?
www.tractionmate.com offers a customer discovery service that takes a lean startup approach to validate product-market fit. We use the principles of a lean start-up by doing un-scalable outreach in order to build a scalable validated model with real users, one at a time. I would be happy to explore if TractionMate could add value to your project.
Hi Onzauth. Let's have a chat and meet each other.
I have been working as a product marketing manager for the last 2 years and I have worked as a growth manager before during 2 years more.
My twitter is @edumasmiserachs and my email [email protected]
Looking forward to hearing from you
Hey.. First of all CONGRATULATIONS 🎊 on coming this far in your ONZAUTH journey! As a web design & growth marketing agency owner, I am really impressed with what you're building 👍🏼 I can see need for Biometric solutions for my clients !!
Now about your interest in finding the right partner, I'd love to meet you over Zoom and see if we're a good Fit, but here's what you need to know ingeneral:
If you could hire a FTE, I'd say what you need is a "Product Marketing Manager". However, if you're not able to pay a competitive salary then you'll have to pay something reasonable and share equity.
Titles can be changed or personalized as suited.. e.g. you could bring in a CMO, Chief Product Marketer, or simply a Partner - CMO
Here's a few things I would recommend you do:
a. Create a Business Plan, Target audience, buyer personas, key messaging, improve Branding.
b. Collect Market Research & User Feedback, asap.
c. Build a PMF - Product Market Fit, fast.
d. Pricing Strategies: Figure out better Offerings & Plans
e. Improve website copywriting for conversions
f. Design Marketing & Sales collateral
g. Create a B2B Content Marketing Plan
h. Plan & execute a GTM - Go to Market Strategy for launch and finding early customers
i. Build sales & marketing automation & funnels
j. Build & implement Outbound Sales Campaigns i.e. cold emails, cold calls, LinkedIn & SM outreach, communities outreach like Reddit, Slack, FB groups etc.
I'm interested in partnering up with you.
It could be perfect combination with my 8+yrs background in Branding, Marketing, and Communications... and your Tech/Development background. 👍🏼🎉
Either way, wishing you all the best.
Thanks,
Hasan Saifullah
