Hey folks,
I’ve built PokeShani
, a platform for selling digital products (courses, ebooks, templates, services—anything digital). The big difference?
Creators keep 100% of their earnings
Instant payouts within 7 seconds straight to their PayPal (no holding funds, no waiting weeks)
Simple setup: create a sales page, link your product, start selling
Right now, PokeShani is live and working. But I need help with the next step: growth.
I’m looking for someone who can help attract good, active creators to sign up and list their products. If you have experience in growth, community building, or creator acquisition, I’d love to team up.
If this sounds interesting, let’s connect—I’m open to chatting about how we could make this a win-win partnership.

Hey Shani Shah,
Cool product. Solving the instant payout issue for creators is a solid value prop. The 'chicken and egg' problem of attracting high-quality creators to a new marketplace is a classic, tough challenge to solve.
While finding a great growth partner to manually handle outreach is one way to go, a powerful alternative is to first build an automated 'Creator Acquisition Engine'. A future partner can then step in to manage and scale this engine.
Here’s what that might look like, broken down by the specialized digital agents you'd need for the job:
A 'Prospecting Agent': This agent's sole purpose is to find your ideal creators in the wild. It could be configured to constantly monitor platforms where creators are active – scraping Twitter bios for keywords like "Course Creator" or "Selling templates," identifying new ebook launches on Product Hunt, or finding popular new designers on the Figma Community.
A 'Qualification & Enrichment Agent': Once a potential creator is identified, this agent would automatically qualify them against your criteria (e.g., have more than 5k followers) and then enrich their data to find a valid contact email.
An 'Outreach & Onboarding Agent': This agent takes the qualified list and sends a hyper-personalized email sequence. The email could be as specific as, "Hey [Name], saw your new [Product Name] template on Gumroad. Looks awesome. FYI, on our platform, you'd keep 98% of that sale and get paid instantly." When a creator signs up, this agent could even trigger a welcome sequence to help them list their first product.
Building a system like this first does two things: 1) It starts solving your acquisition problem immediately and generates traction. 2) It makes your offer to a potential partner infinitely more attractive. You're not just offering them a commission to do manual cold outreach; you're offering them the keys to a scalable growth machine that they can manage and optimize.
It's about building the growth asset first, then finding the right person to run it. Good luck with the search!
hey sinkol , thanks for the advice , but i would be glad if you can help me to create these systems which will help me grow PokeShani and gaining good active creators. Also it would be awesome if you signedup on pokeshani.com and try the platform once!
Hey, thanks so much for the kind words and the generous offer. I really appreciate you reaching out.
My hands are completely full with building my own platform at the moment, so unfortunately, I'm not in a position to take on any new client or consulting work.
However, I truly believe the 'Creator Acquisition Engine' I described is something you can start building out, piece by piece. The most valuable first step is always manual. Before you even think about automation, I would suggest spending a day manually executing the process for just 10-20 ideal creators:
That manual process becomes the blueprint. Once you have a proven, repeatable blueprint, it becomes much easier to hire a freelancer or use no-code tools to automate that specific, well-defined system.
You, as the founder, are the architect. The first step is always to draw that perfect blueprint based on real-world feedback.
You're building a great product, and you have a clear vision for who to attract. You are much closer than you think to building that engine. Good luck!
hey , thanks again for explaining the process
