Hey Indie Hackers π
I've been building and running two products:
Setiry β https://setiry.com
Krino β https://krino.uk
At this point, I'm looking for something I think is often harder to find than a good developer: a strong partner who genuinely enjoys sales, distribution, and growth.
I've spent most of my time on the product/technical side β building, improving, experimenting, and getting the products to a point where they can grow.
Now I want to find someone who can complement me on the other side of the business.
Who I'm looking for
Ideally, you're someone who:
Enjoys talking to customers and understanding their problems
Has experience with B2B/SaaS sales or growth
Can find and test acquisition channels
Is comfortable with cold outreach, partnerships, content, communities, or whatever works
Thinks in terms of experiments, conversion rates, retention, and revenue
Is willing to get hands-on rather than just provide high-level advice
Wants to build something long-term, not just do a short-term consulting project
You don't need to be an expert in everything. I'm much more interested in execution, curiosity, and ownership.
What I bring
I'm primarily focused on the product and technical side.
I can handle:
Product development
Engineering
Infrastructure
Product iteration
Technical decisions
Turning validated ideas into working products
What I'm looking for is someone who can take significant ownership of distribution and revenue growth.
Why I'm posting this here
I don't want to hire a salesperson.
I'm looking for a co-founder/partner mindset.
Someone who sees an opportunity, tests it, learns from it, and keeps going.
The exact role, equity/revenue share, and which product we focus on can be discussed depending on the person and fit.
If you're interested, DM me with a little about yourself, what you've built/sold before, and why this sounds interesting to you.
I'd especially love to hear from Indie Hackers who have already taken a SaaS product from βbuiltβ to βpeople are actually paying for this.β
Let's talk. π
Hi, I am very curious about your product and your plan. I have experienced B2B and have will to find customers.
The strongest signal is the founder explicitly recognizing that product progress and commercial progress are now separate problems. The real question is whether the two products have enough existing demand for a growth partner to amplify rather than having to create the market from scratch.
Hey Muhammet!
This site is a bit new to me and I'm not seeing a way to DM you directly here. I have a strong background in contact center operations and would love to chat about Setiry and Krino. What is the best way to send you a message?
