Looking for a GTM CoFounder for a HealthTech product

I've spent past few months building a Health-Tech product, a product that gives patients one place to actually understand their own medical history instead of a folder of scattered lab reports and prescriptions no one reads. It reads your documents, tracks your key health markers over time, flags things worth paying attention to, and explains all of it in plain language, has an advance AI assistant and graphical bio marker trends explanation. It's live, and real patients are using it but I wanna bring this to bigger level.

I'm the builder. I've been heads-down on product for months and I'm now polishing the UI to a standard patients will actually trust with their health data. What I haven't done, is get this in front of the right people at scale.

I'm looking for someone who's genuinely good at GTM for health products, especially in markets where trust building and clear outreach strategy matters more than paid ads. Open to bringing the right person on as a co-founder, not a contractor.

If that's you, or someone you know, drop a comment or DM me. Happy to give you a live walkthrough.

Real patient usage is the key signal here. Before choosing a broad GTM strategy, have you seen a specific patient segment or acquisition path where trust and activation are consistently stronger, or is that still unclear?

So far, it seems to be more appealing to patients with chronic conditions and those who are more health-conscious and educated. I feel the ideal patient segment is middle-aged people suffering from chronic diseases.

That gives you a useful segment hypothesis. What have those chronic-condition patients actually done differently — higher activation, repeat usage, or stronger trust — that makes you confident they’re the better segment?
