what you calling "straight-talking partner" is a nightmare to work, that is not professional telling you what they are looking for, that is someone who is looking to exploit and abuse people, and even worse, the entire pitch is worded to take advantage of the people who will think it sounds honest and keep away people who can see true his bullshit.
