Looking for a marketer on a profit-split basis
I've ended up building a suite of small tools and offerings -- a newsletter for consultants, a resume screener, a data API -- each is quite niche and focused but appeals to a different user.
I'm looking for someone who is a great all-round marketer to help get these to market.
🤨 The downside is that everything is bootstrapped so there's no budget to pay for up-front marketing.
🥳 The upside is that we'd be splitting the profits so this is 100% commission but at a good rate.

Is this an equity offer or a "eat what you kill" type of offer?
Commission first so there's the immediate gratification / return on effort when sales are made. If things work out, then equity is definitely up for discussion if there is a possibility of a long-term relationship.
