Let me get straight to the point: at Aidlab we are growing too slow - we have an amazing engineering team, a bold idea (we aim to create best health tracker in the world), product on the market, and a plan to get more sales. We feel that someone from indiehackers community might help us executing the marketing plan.

I would say your first steps would be to review your marketing plan and past efforts in detail. What has worked in the past/what has not worked? Is your marketing budget appropriate and being spent efficiently? What are the demographics/characteristics of your previous customers based on data you've collected?
From there work to build a customer profile based and ensure your marketing plan targets them appropriately.
Is it a prerequisite that you have to be male?

Thanks for your answer webapppro. Healthcare B2B market is very tempting, but as long as we don't have the FDA, our hands are tied.
