Looking for a marketer to partner up

I have started an online business just 2 weeks ago where I help people to start up their business by providing them complete packages including logo, website, hosting, email setup, and such 30+ services at a fixed one-time price.

I am looking to pair up with someone who can handle sales, and marketing so that I can focus on product development & operations of the business.

Ideally, you should have some experience in marketing in past for any online business and should be full of ideas and willing to execute them. I can pay for each converted customer or lead or we can have a revenue-sharing or equity-sharing plan depending upon your interest and experience.
