Looking for a Marketing / Affiliate Specialist for a Profitable Online Casino (Eastern Europe)

Hi!
I launched a local online casino project around 6 months ago. The platform is fully live, already profitable, and currently brings 200+ FTDs per month with steady cash flow.

The project was launched lean - without inflated budgets. Traffic acquisition focuses on forums, Telegram channels, and direct community placements, which currently deliver the best ROI in this GEO. Now I’m looking for a marketing / affiliate partner to scale the project further.

Responsibilities
• Working with Telegram channels, forum traffic, niche communities (now needed)
• Direct deals with webmasters and traffic owners (RevShare 25–40%) (now needed)
• Focus on clean traffic (chargebacks <3%)
• Testing push / native formats on small budgets (this is our future focus)
• Tracking FTD / NGR / LTV, weekly reports (optional)

Terms
• Remote, full-time or part-time (20–30h/week)
• Minimal fixed ($300–500) or no fixed
• 15–25% NGR from your traffic
• Trial period: 1 month based on KPI

The platform is launched on the Gaminator casino system (https://www.gamsystem.org/en/), all technical components are in place.

Objective: scale revenue x2–x3 within the next quarter.
