Looking for a marketing co founder (20k$ MRR)
My business partner and I operate a self-funded software as a service that is making 20,000$usd in monthly recurring revenue and growing. Instead of going the hiring full time employee route, Im posting here to see who bites. A co founder would be great. Minimal salary would be included, and of course vesting equity. Im in the same spot as you, making a bit less revenue at the moment. Can you share - what were you thinking in terms of vesting and salary, would love to hear new thoughts as im trying to recruit someone in a similar way.
