Looking for a marketing expert as a partner to uplift my apps in the playstore and and continue it while I keep developing apps

I develop cross platform apps as side projects in Flutter now and before it Native Android apps. I want somebody who can work on my apps presentation and marketing side as a partner to help me grow. I am quite transparent and looking for a partner. The skills I need are PSO (playstore optimization expert) and some knowledge of graphics to design campaigns etc.
