Cool initiative — positioning the commission structure with upfront + recurring rewards is smart because it aligns partners with long-term adoption instead of just quick spikes. That matters a lot when you’re trying to build real users and not just early installs.

For marketing partners, community context often matters more than raw volume — people respond better when messaging is tailored to where they already are (like niche Discords, specific subreddits, or industry-focused Twitter threads).

Curious — have you thought about anchor content or hooks that perform best in those spaces (e.g., short product demos, pain-point explainers, or case snippets)? Both format and channel usually change the outcomes a lot.

I recommend an AI marketing software called Amplift. ai It might be a smart and helpful companion, and it's currently free to use.

Tracy, this is a well-structured referral opportunity. A few strategic notes:

Commission structure: The mix of upfront and recurring rewards is smart—it aligns promoters with long-term product adoption rather than just one-off signups.

Community-first promotion: Targeting people already active on social platforms or niche communities leverages existing trust networks, which increases conversion.

Beginner-friendly: By lowering the entry barrier, you can quickly scale outreach while mentoring top performers to maximize results.

Long-term value: Recurring commissions for 3 years could attract highly motivated promoters who treat it like a sustainable side business.

With clear onboarding and some example messaging/templates, this could scale fast without traditional marketing spend.
