Looking for a Non-Technical Co-founder for a No Code platform
The title says it all. Someone who knows his way around marketing and generating leads to verify the initial idea. Currently, I'm in the ideation phase which is mostly done, but I need someone to validate the idea before I start building.
I have the technical skills to build the whole platform since I have already built a social network as a solo-developer. I've detailed my 4-year solo-dev experience below.
My new project will take a different route and I want to work with as many people as possible who can contribute to the project. The landing page can be checked out below.

Just my two cents here:
I don't understand the value proposition. You say:
"Launch pre-built apps in seconds using No Code tools
Built for non-technical founders and developers.
You can now launch your enterprise-level apps in seconds and let your developers take care of the rest."
If I am not a developer, I don't know wtheck "enterprise-level apps" mean.
I probably don't know what you mean by "pre-built apps" (to what degree is what I need doable with a "pre-built" thing?)
And I probably won't understand (actually I don't) what do you mean by "let your developers take care"
If I go further in the landing page, I can start to understand what's that you are offering, but again...your entire copy (and images) seems to be targeting technical people (the image of the code editor, the use of terms like "repository", "git", "package manager", "modular architecture", ...
I understand those terms, because I am a bit into coding, but the average user is probably confused and will bounce.
Unless there is something I am missing, you have to try to talk to your customer, not your colleagues/yourself.
On the other hand, how much "married" are you to the idea of developing a no code platform? There is already huge competition on that field, with several companies raising (hundreds of) millions in capital to grow fast(er than you). And, even if this is not a "winner takes it all" market, it won't be too fragmented either.
I may be wrong, but I think starting small and niched, with a simple product that delivers on its promise and has potential to build more features, is a better approach to indiehacking.

Hey Ricardo, this is some good info. I'm totally aware that as a non-tech person you might not get the value proposition of the product. That's exactly why I'm looking for a non-tech co-founder.
The roadmap for the platform is very humble. Its basically a CLI/API which sets up your cloud infrastructure on your platform of choice. Once its able to set up simple APIs and Databases connected together, then i'll add a simple UI where you can do this through you No Code UI Editor.
I'm totally aware that No Code market has some big players, but currently No Code tools don't cater to both tech and non-tech people, so that's something I'd like to change.
I know you would rather work on something E-Commerce related, but hey, if my No Code platform works out, you can easily build an E-Commerce platform with it. :)

I think I got the idea. Basically, you would like to create a no-code platform that prevents lock-in as it happens on bubble, so the founders/developers can (if they are willing to) spin the app off the platform once they have found product market fit.
Is that it? Please confirm.
My main concern is:
if non tech people probably (I may be wrong) won't find value on it until you have the UI editor...
...and tech people won't find value on it because they cannot actually code...
...how are you gonna bootstrap (aka, monetize) until you get it done?
And even more importantly, it seems hard to validate product market fit with that roadmap.

Correct, except that everything is already running on the user's system from the start. The platform is just there to launch/modify the app, but everything is running on user's AWS account from day 1.
You can easily use it as a tech person since all you need to do is create a config file and choose which components you want, where each component would be a Terraform module representing a piece of AWS infrastructure.
Later on, the open source community would build more providers for other tools, besides Terraform. Each provider would then take a git repo as an input and process it to create whatever is defined in that repo.
Your config files would be a collection of such components and would basically define a fully working backed for your app. You would then be able to share or sell such config templates on the marketplace.
I think this would be good enough to serve as a starting point for validation for tech people. Once this is validated, it wouldn't be too hard to create a simple UI where people just pick and choose icons on the screen, which represent different repos, and put them together to form the infrastructure they want. Once that's done, the config file is generated in the background and executed to create their infrastructure.
