Looking for a non-technical co-founder for a Web/Mobile app development company

Basically what the title says.

I currently own a web/mobile development agency, very small with ~5 ongoing projects and only one person hired full-time other than me.

I'm looking to expand my team and partner with somebody who is not technical but is well-versed in sales.

It will be 100% remote, but I prefer somebody located in the US or Europe, because of the market opportunities.

Only looking for serious proposals. Ideally, the person will do sales and close projects. I can take care of delivering the software and everything related, as well as communicating with the client.
