Looking for a non-technical Co-Founder for a Web/Mobile development Agency (I'm CTO)

As the post says, I'm looking for a non-technical co-founder for a software development agency.
I currently own a small agency, with one full-time developer two contractors, and around 5 ongoing projects, but looking to scale my team and get more projects.
Been in business for +7 years and have experience in all stages of development.
I'd provide the full development of the product, and I can handle communication with the client.
The role I'm looking for, is in the sales/marketing realm.
It will be fully remote, but I prefer somebody living in the US or Europe, because of the potential work opportunities there.
Only looking for serious people who are here for the long term and want to potentially build something for the next +10 years. And make a lot of money.
