Looking for a Partner — 40%+ of an AI SaaS That’s Already Built?

I’ve already built the product.

Not an idea.
Not a Figma design.
Not a half-finished MVP.

A working AI-powered SaaS, ready to be taken to market.

Now I’m looking for the right partner to build the business with me.

I’m not looking for another developer.

I’m looking for someone who can bring customers, sales, distribution, or a strong go-to-market strategy.

The product is already developed, so you can focus on what actually makes a SaaS business valuable:

Getting it into customers’ hands.

I’m open to giving 40%+ of the project to the right partner who can genuinely add that value.

And if you prove you can bring customers, I’m open to making the partnership even more interesting.

There’s also a second option:

If you see the opportunity and would rather own the whole thing yourself, I’m open to a full acquisition at a relatively small price compared with building the product from scratch.

So:

Partner: 40%+ → bring distribution/customers → build the business together.

Acquire: Take the entire SaaS → own it → customize it → make it yours.

I’m deliberately posting this in Looking to Partner Up because I’m not looking for a random buyer.

Let’s stop talking about what we could build and start with something that’s already built.

DM me and I’ll show you the product. Let’s see what we can build from here.

Interesting opportunity. Since the product is already built, one area worth addressing before pushing hard into customer acquisition is AI compliance and enterprise readiness. As you start approaching larger customers, questions around data privacy, AI governance, risk management, vendor due diligence, and security documentation can become part of the sales process. I work with AI and SaaS businesses on identifying these gaps and preparing the documentation needed to support growth. 🔐 It would be interesting to see what market and type of customers the product is targeting, as the compliance requirements could vary significantly.
