Looking for a Partner: European Startup Founders Community

I am looking for someone to help me build a media/community project focused on European Startup Ecosystem and European Founders. Goal is to create a founder-to-founder mindset project having one of two goals in mind:
1- working on mindset to help startups to scale
2- try to provide the best tools for early stage founders
There must be a way to add real value that, at the moment, most of the incubators or accelerators can't add to founders.

Well the eu startupcomminity is fragmanted by language country bariers, what do you mean by real value and how do you intend to give it to the founders?
Thank you so much for your answer. I don't really believe that we have barriers, especially in what regards language. You might have more differences from north to south of US that you have in Europe.
1- Until today you’d have to go through multiple sources to hear about real stories from entrepreneurs, get to know more about the entrepreneurial journey and get to know practical tips, tricks and tools;
2- New founders would also have a hard time to get inputs, ask questions, spreading the word about their projects, etc.
Is it possible to not let this to happen and help founders? I believe so.
