Looking for a partner from US

I’m currently looking for a US-based partner who may be interested in collaborating on AI-related projects available through platforms such as Snorkel AI and Handshake AI.

Some opportunities on these platforms may have US residency or participation requirements that I’m unable to meet directly. I’m therefore interested in exploring whether there is a legitimate way for us to work together while fully complying with each platform’s terms and requirements.
