Experience doesn't matter, a positive attitude and being proactive go a long way.
I have a couple of sites already so I can work on the technical side. Anyone with a non-technical background eg, marketing, SEO or sales would be the best fit.

I have built, flipped, bought and held (Niche), and domain flipped 138 times. I still have a mix of just under 100 domains and sites.
Ideally someone non-technical. I can spin up sites faily quickly and would be interested in selling them. I have a couple of successful sites already, but others I'd like to sell. Someone with SEO knowlegde could help find niches easier, or someone with selling experience could help find them a good home.
