You may want to include a bit more detail in the post so people feel comfortable responding.

Right now it’s hard to tell:

    • what kind of calls these are
    • expected hours/time zone
    • whether it’s customer support, sales, testing, VA work, etc.
    • payment method/range
    • and whether the work is fully legitimate/compliant

Adding transparency usually gets better responses and avoids looking suspicious to applicants.

This is interesting, but finding the right people for this kind of role is usually harder than it looks, especially when it comes to communication and long-term reliability.

I’ve been exploring this space a bit, around how people find better-aligned collaborators for these setups. how are you currently filtering for the right fit beyond just location and language?

I don't care you are a technical guy or not. but it's nice to have skills, and he should be reliable. That's all.
      Thanks

Yeah reliability is probably the hardest thing to judge early on. Skills can grow over time, but consistency and showing up is what really keeps things moving

Hey Lee, this caught my attention. I’ve worked with clients on call handling, lead qualification, and customer conversations, so this fits well.
I’m comfortable speaking with international audiences and keeping things professional but natural.
Can you share more about the call flow and what kind of leads you’re dealing with?
